Probus is a club for retired and semi-retired men.
Our Melbourne club was founded over 40 years ago for those in retirement or semi-retirement who will enjoy fellowship and a chance to enjoy a life free (or largely free) from the restraints of work.
Come and meet us and see why many men have chosen the club with the strange sounding name, PROBUS.
DID YOU KNOW
That there’s a group of men in Melbourne Derbyshire who meet once a month for friendship and entertainment?
That we go on excursions throughout the year? You might have already been on one of our trips.
That the cost of membership is less than seventy pence a week?
That membership is open to a wide range of retired and semi-retired men?
If you like laughter and fellowship you are qualified to join?
Each month we listen to a range of often challenging and invigorating speakers?
You can meet us at the The Royal British Legion on the third Wednesday of every month. The meeting begins with coffee at 10am and normally finishes by 12 noon.
