All our sites are charged annually. The charges for the first year are higher as they include the site setup. It is possible to use a single site to cover several clubs, as described on our features page.
Single club sites
The setup fee is £95. This covers creation of the site, addition of your club information and submission to search engines. It also covers the first year’s hosting.
The annual maintenance fee for subsequent years is £45. This covers hosting costs, maintenance to the software and the site content, and any technical support needed.
Multi-club umbrella sites
The setup fee is £120 + £15 for each participating club. So if you have a site covering three clubs the setup fee would be £120 + £15 x 3 = £165.
The annual maintenance fee is £65.
Domain name maintenance (optional)
Use of the probusclub.net or probus.org.uk domain names is free, as is use of a domain name you already own and pay for. If you would like us to purchase and renew a domain name on your behalf there is an annual fee of £20 for most of the commonly used domain extensions. Generally we recommend .org.uk which is intended for non-profit organisations in the UK.
