Probus Clubs are clubs for retired or semi-retired people from all walks of life, often from business or professional roles. General information about Probus Clubs can be found at www.probusonline.org. The movement operates worldwide.
Roborough Probus Club is particularly convenient for members living in North Plymouth, Roborough, Yelverton, Horrabridge and Tavistock, but we have members from many other local areas too – all are welcome.
We meet on the first Monday of each month. Following coffee and a chat, we review past and forthcoming activities in the Club (of which there is a great variety to satisfy all tastes – click here to view our programme). There is an invited speaker, and we conclude with a light, informal lunch. We have a more formal lunch every quarter after our meeting.
Don’t miss our Autumn Lunch at St Elizabeth House on 17th October.
Next meeting – 2nd September
We actively and regularly welcome wives/partners and widows of past Members to most of our events, outings and meals..
Why not come along and meet us at one of our meetings – simply contact us first to let us know. There would be no obligation to join and we would be delighted to meet you. Further details can be found on this site at FAQ.
